Meet Rotty, your brain bestie.

Who (or what) is Rotty?

Rotty is that part of your brain that is very online but also secretly keeping track of your feelings, friendships, and main-character moments. He walks, he sips iced drinks, he wears headphones, and he’s not here for toxic vibes.

Why we made My Brain Rot Diary

We wanted a journal that felt like scrolling—but actually helped kids slow down, notice what’s happening in their world, and laugh at the weirdness of growing up right now. No lectures, no cringe lectures… just prompts that sound like the group chat.

Who it’s for

My Brain Rot Diary is especially loved by middle-schoolers (10–15), kids who “hate journaling,” and anyone who thrives on memes, vibes, and little inside jokes.

Why we made My Brain Rot Diary

Middle school used to come with crayon drawings and class projects. Now it comes with disappearing texts, meme dumps, emoji reactions, and slang so original it deserves to be preserved.

We built My Brain Rot Diary as a colorful time capsule — a way for tweens to save the vibes, drama, inside jokes, and "rot but thriving" energy of their middle school years.

Created with help from our kids and their friends, this diary is made to feel real, relevant, and ridiculously fun.
